Burgess: I’m Burgess. Nice to meet you.
Gerard: I’m Gerard.
Dolly: Whoa, we managed to gather a lot of people here...
Abel: With this many people using the Berserk Resonance, we’ll be able to beat Nandin in the blink of an eye!
Burgess: We’re not as used to this power as much as you guys are, but we’ll do our best to master it.
Gerard: Hmph. Power and tools are rendered useless when they’re used by idiots… right, Abel?
Abel: Huh? Didya say somethin’?
Abel: With this many people using the Berserk Resonance, we’ll be able to beat Nandin in the blink of an eye!
Burgess: We’re not as used to this power as much as you guys are, but we’ll do our best to master it.
Gerard: Hmph. Power and tools are rendered useless when they’re used by idiots… right, Abel?
Abel: Huh? Didya say somethin’?
Flost: Our numbers alone still won’t make Nandin an easy opponent. On top of that, we also have a time limit to deal with.
Evan: Lapomme, how much time do we have left before Nandin explodes?
Lapomme: One day. In other words, 24 hours.
Flost: 24 hours left… Which means we’ll barely make it after memorizing the area’s geography and carrying out the strategy we crafted, right?
Burgess: Leave everything related to geography to Gerard and our group. We’ll be able to reduce the time needed for preparations that way.
Flost: Alright, we’re counting on you.
Dolly: Well then, does any of you have a plan to defeat Nandin?
Hansel: …Uhm…
Dolly: Hm? What’s the matter, Hansel?
Hansel: Shouldn’t we prioritize locating Nandin before we talk about defeating it and stuff…?
Hansel: We don’t know where it is currently, after all…
Burgess: Leave that to Trueno and Wind. Right, you two?
Trueno: …Yeah.
Wind: We don’t have a choice, no?
Cadena: Hm? What do you mean?
Burgess: They have a special ability that allows them to pin down the location and amount of beasts, as well as the direction they’re coming from.
Cadena: Hey, if that’s the case, then it’s going to be easy-peasy! Let’s search for Nandin and thrash it!
Trueno: It’s not that easy.
Cadena: Huh?
Wind: The more accurately we want to pinpoint something, the more concentration it requires, you see?
Wind: It’ll be hard for us to be accurate while chasing after Nandin.
Cadena: Is that so…
Dolly: So we can’t rely on your ability? But we were counting on it… what the hell…
Trueno: …Now is not the time for your disappointment.
Wind: Damn. We’re helping you, so we’d like you to at least be grateful for that.
Burgess: We’ll have to pay attention to the way you utilize your ability. If we fail to do that, it’ll cost us our lives.
Dolly: Hmm… if you put it like that, that has to be difficult.
Hansel: …Uhm…
Dolly: Hm? What’s the matter, Hansel?
Hansel: Shouldn’t we prioritize locating Nandin before we talk about defeating it and stuff…?
Hansel: We don’t know where it is currently, after all…

Dolly: Hmm… if you put it like that, that has to be difficult.
Evan: …Then, what about the plan I have in mind?
Burgess: Alright, if you have an idea, please let us hear it right away.
Evan: There are details you’d need to fill in, but…
Evan: Our group and Gerard’s will split up and scatter around places where Nandin is likely to appear, and we’ll be on standby there.
Evan: In the meantime, Trueno and Wind will pin down Nandin’s first location.
Evan: Once they’ve done so, they will signal its precise location in some way or another…
Evan: And the group closest to where Nandin is located will prevent it from escaping.
Evan: Whilst they confine it, the rest of the crew will join them. From then on, it’ll be an all-out assault… something like that.
Burgess: Alright, if you have an idea, please let us hear it right away.
Evan: There are details you’d need to fill in, but…

Dolly: Hmm. So, we’d be running from our hiding spot to the place where Nandin appears, right?
Burgess: What about Volker and I? Does it matter if we’re on standby somewhere else?
Evan: Trueno must concentrate to pinpoint Nandin’s location, right?
Evan: Perhaps you could repel the beasts that come along and chase them away.
Burgess: We’d be the twins’ bodyguards then. Got it.
Evan: Trueno must concentrate to pinpoint Nandin’s location, right?
Evan: Perhaps you could repel the beasts that come along and chase them away.
Burgess: We’d be the twins’ bodyguards then. Got it.
Cadena: Hey, you came up with a good plan~
Evan: Huhu, this strategy is still full of holes, though.
Evan: First off, we should discuss how we’ll prevent Nandin from leaving once we encounter it.
Flost: It won’t be an easy task, as its charge is strong enough to reduce buildings to nothing.
Abel: What about the twins’ explosives?
Wind: We could use them if that’s what you want, but we can’t guarantee that they’ll slow Nandin down.
Burgess: Yeah. And although we managed to prepare some explosives, our stock isn’t huge enough for all of us.
Dolly: How about shooting flares? They could distract it…
Gerard: That’s inconvenient. If we also use them as a way to communicate, then there’ll be no way for us to differentiate between communication signals and the flares used to slow Nandin down.
Flost: Yeah, it’s better to use flares as signals.
Cadena: Hmm… so it boils down to where we’d make Nandin stop, right…
Cadena: Then, how about confining it somewhere so it doesn’t flee?
Gerard: I’ve never come across a building sturdy enough to stop that thing, though.
Cadena: Oh, right…
Evan: Huhu, this strategy is still full of holes, though.
Evan: First off, we should discuss how we’ll prevent Nandin from leaving once we encounter it.

Gerard: I’ve never come across a building sturdy enough to stop that thing, though.
Cadena: Oh, right…
Volker: No, we might be able to make use of this idea. If there is no such structure, we shall make it ourselves.
Dolly: Huh? You mean, construct a building? That’s insane!
Volker: I meant, create a place where we could confine Nandin.
Volker: For example… we could destroy a building using explosives, and create dead ends by making piles with the debris.
Flost: I see… In other words, we’d be preparing a place to lure it in beforehand, and then we’d corner it there, right?
Trueno: We could use our explosives efficiently if it’s to lure Nandin there.
Wind: Yeah, we’ve done a lot of research on how to lure a beast.
Volker: Then, the signal matter is resolved, as we would only need to corner Nandin in the place we would have prepared already.
Volker: Once we have prepared our lures in several other places, we will signal where Nandin can be cornered using flares.
Gerard: I happen to know of a few places with a lot of buildings where we could make dead ends.
Volker: Based on the dead ends we create, we should also arrange the areas where Abel, Gerard and their respective groups will be on standby.
Abel: Hey, seems like everythin’s gonna go smoothly! Let’s get started, then!
Dolly: Huh? You mean, construct a building? That’s insane!
Volker: I meant, create a place where we could confine Nandin.

Abel: Hey, seems like everythin’s gonna go smoothly! Let’s get started, then!
Flost: We still haven’t solved one huge problem, though.
Flost: Setsu can only come with one group.
Abel: Ah, that’s right… If they ain’t near, then we can’t use the Berserk Resonance…
Flost: If a group who can’t use the Berserk Resonance were to encounter Nandin, carnage would likely ensue…
Evan: That’s right. Since we’ll be divided, access to the power will be a problem.
Volker: What about avoiding an all-out fight with Nandin, and concentrating on luring it until everyone has regrouped?
Volker: Once our lure spot has been decided, we will be able to set up our traps. However, I have some doubt as to how effective explosives and pitfalls will be.
Evan: It’s better than nothing, isn’t it? That might buy us some time, after all.
Cadena: It’s good to give it our best shot… right?
Burgess: That’s right… let’s do everything we can think of until we have to carry out our plan, shall we?
Hansel: …How fast everyone will be able to get back together… seems to be the key behind this strategy…
Dolly: Our opponent is Nandin… is it really going to be alright…?
Burgess: It’s certain. We won’t let those beasts have the upper hand so easily.
Dolly: Well… sure, but…
Flost: Between securing the lure spot and deciding where we’ll be on standby with traps and explosives, we’ve got a lot of things to do. We should quickly get on the move.
Burgess: Yeah. We might still have a long way to go when it comes to preparing completely, even if we start now.
Dolly: Hey there, don’t say such ominous things…
Burgess: Haha, the most ominous thing here is that we’ll all bite the dust if Nandin explodes.
Burgess: Compared to that, being insufficiently prepared and facing a lot of danger is nothing.
Abel: That’s right!
Gerard: The outcome is easy to predict. If we defeat Nandin, we’ll live, but if we can’t, we’ll die…
Gerard: Whether Setsu is nearby or not won’t even be important.
Cadena: Yeah, if I wanted to run away, I wouldn’t be here in the first place!
Volker: Hm, it seems that nobody here is objecting either.
Abel: Alrighty, let’s start preparin’!
Flost: Setsu can only come with one group.
Abel: Ah, that’s right… If they ain’t near, then we can’t use the Berserk Resonance…

Gerard: At last…
Evan: Lapomme, how much time do we have left before Nandin’s burst?
Lapomme: Roughly 2 hours, I’d say.
Dolly: We ended up taking quite a lot of time, didn’t we…
Volker: But on the other hand, our preparations are complete.
Cadena: Yeah! And our number of lure spots is higher than we expected. We’ll be okay no matter where Nandin moves.
Flost: Let’s move to our respective standby spots immediately, shall we? It seems like there won’t be any problems once that thing starts moving, either.
Lapomme: Roughly 2 hours, I’d say.
Dolly: We ended up taking quite a lot of time, didn’t we…
Volker: But on the other hand, our preparations are complete.

Burgess: …Trueno, Wind. Volker. We’ll definitely make it out alive.
Trueno: …Is this our last farewell?
Wind: My my, it’s out of character for you to say such petty things.
Volker: There is no need for useless preparations. If your state of mind differs from usual, you will make missteps.
Burgess: Alright, got it.
Trueno: …Is this our last farewell?
Wind: My my, it’s out of character for you to say such petty things.
Volker: There is no need for useless preparations. If your state of mind differs from usual, you will make missteps.
Burgess: Alright, got it.
Cadena: Uuuu… I’m so nervous…
Hansel: You were so obstinate before, though…
Cadena: H-Hey! That was before, but it’s different now!
Hansel: But… with the three of us together… surely, we’ll be fine…
Gerard: Yeah, if anything happens, I’ll manage!
Cadena: Hehe, it’s reassuring when you’re like this, Gerard~
Hansel: Yeah…
Hansel: You were so obstinate before, though…
Cadena: H-Hey! That was before, but it’s different now!
Hansel: But… with the three of us together… surely, we’ll be fine…
Gerard: Yeah, if anything happens, I’ll manage!
Cadena: Hehe, it’s reassuring when you’re like this, Gerard~
Hansel: Yeah…
Abel: Well, we did what we had to! Now all that’s left is winnin’!
Dolly: Abel is the same as always.
Evan: Well, that’s fine. I want to end this quickly and sleep well.
Flost: In order to be able to do that, we’ll have to pour our everything into this moment.
Abel: What about you, Setsu and Lapomme? Who are you gonna go with?
Dolly: Abel is the same as always.
Evan: Well, that’s fine. I want to end this quickly and sleep well.
Flost: In order to be able to do that, we’ll have to pour our everything into this moment.
Abel: What about you, Setsu and Lapomme? Who are you gonna go with?
Lapomme: I’ll follow them. So, what will you do?
> I’ll go with Abel’s group.
Abel: Alright! We’ll definitely stop Nandin from burstin’!
> I’ll go with Burgess’ group.
Burgess: I see. Leave the bodyguarding duty to me. I’ll make sure the beasts won’t touch you even once.
> I’ll go with Gerard’s group.
Gerard: Heh, all you have to do is follow me. Stay calm and watch.
Abel: Everythin’s settled, then…
Abel: Alright, let’s beat up Nandin!
Everyone: YEAH!
Everyone: YEAH!
